Hunting

An extract from the Times:

MANY GOOD RUNS

LORD FITZWILLIAM'S (THE GROVE) concluded a very good season on Thursday, when the meet was at Aston Hall. A fox from Nicker Wood ran nearly to Todwick Tollbar. Bending back, he now passed Nicker Wood and ran upto Swallow Nest. Doubling back by Pithouses, he ran to Norwood and on to Waleswood Hall before being killed, after a fast 65 minutes' hunt. Finding in Brampton Gorse, hounds ran fast towards Brampton-le-Moorland, and, doubling back for Thurcroft, killed their fox at Sawnmore. This was a fast 30 minutes.
